First Course Pork Belly Ramen
Flash fried pork belly, ramen noodles, shredded carrots, slivered green onions, serrano chillies, boiled egg, radish and mixed mushroom in a spicy broth. Stockholm's Beer ~ G.P.A.
Second Course Shredded Brussels Sprouts Salad
Shredded brussels sprouts tossed with maplewood smoked bacon, shaved parmesan cheese, sun-dried cranberries, toasted sunflower seeds and crushed croutons tossed with a roasted creamy garlic dressing. Stockholm's Beer ~ Viking Red Ale
Third Course Veal Cordon Bleu
Mixed herb bread crumb encrusted tender veal cutlet thinly pounded and filled with sliced prosciutto and brie cheese pan-seared and baked, then topped with a homemade bearnaise sauce. Served with asparagus. Stockholm's Beer ~ State Street Pilsner
Fourth Course Pear and Candied Pecan Creme Brulee
