Job Title: Part Time - Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Project Manager

o Develop Proposals, Develop Purchase Orders, Review Acknowledgements, Input Vendor Invoices

o Create Client Invoices, Cost Analysis, Sales Reports

o Maintain Detailed Status Reports for all Projects

o Develop and Maintain valued relationships with vendors

• Bachelor’s degree

• 3 years’ experience (commercial furniture industry preferred, but not required)

• Demonstrate a proactive approach, professionalism, confidence & poise

• Strong organizational skills

• Manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information

• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands & timelines

• Persuasive, encouraging, & motivating

• Strong written & oral communication skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
