Pool Service Technician

We specialize in high-quality custom inground pool construction and outdoor living solutions across the Chicagoland area. Our services include swimming pool design and construction, professional pool maintenance, and weekly service programs.

Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work around basic electrical systems safety
- Hard worker
- Self-motivated
- Learn quickly and pick up skills taught
- Positive attitude
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
- Ability to use smartphone and email
- Understand and carry out written directions
- Must work well in teams as well as independently with little supervision
Responsibilities: (Training Provided)
- Opening and closing of in-ground pools and spas
- Performing minor PVC plumbing, electrical, and gas work
- Working on automatic pool covers
- Assisting with swim spa/hot tub installations
- Cleaning pools and maintaining proper water chemistry with a test kit
- Maintain Records and invoicing customers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and stocked vehicle
- Recognizing equipment in need of repair or replacement
- Servicing major pool equipment such as pumps, motors, and filters
- Safely working with hazardous chemicals and maintaining records of usage
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers, co-workers, and office staff
- Complying with all safety procedures
- Maintaining safe working and driving habits
- Must work some Saturdays
Work distance up to 1.5hrs from office in company vehicle
